Easily dissolves into my smoothie. Not truly sweet, which i prefer since it’s combined with a meal replacement powder and other nutritional powders for a morning pick me up without caffeine. Arrived fresh, and is a deep blue color. Very nice. Would recommend.

Product is really dark, rich, and I'd say a bit moist, overall, much fresher than expected. I add it to smoothies to keep them from oxidizing and it works well. There is virtually no suspension or darkening of smoothies. I will not be using as instructed. One tablespoon (three teaspoons) is too much for a 17(ish) ounce smoothie, instead, I'll use only two teaspoons of product. At this point, nausea starts. I may even need to decrease this amount, time will tell. I will also, on occasion, still use organic, frozen blueberries. For some reason, I don't like to get too far away from nature - it just makes me feel good about things. I'm glad there's no added sugar (or other garbage), and these folks were good enough to package product in a quality bag with a seal that actually works! - DON'T start cutting corners! For me, there'll be no more blueberry tea, juice concentrate, or 50:1 powder concentrate. This will be a permanent part of my diet and I recommend the product highly. BE ADVISED - do a little research for yourself as too many antioxidants are HARMFUL. More is not better, try using less than instructed when you begin taking product. I would have given five stars for product, but at nearly $50 a bag......

It is a fine powder. I even mixed it in butter! Lovely taste.

Love the sourcing. I used to grow blueberries but the netting and space they required was getting too much. This is a nice option since I enjoy the taste and health benefits of blueberries. Use it in my water and smoothies.

I use this quality, super food concentrate in smoothies and I also mix it with coconut milk/cream or coconut milk kefir (in a one - one or one -two ratio) as a topping on a bowl of fruit or berries or chia pudding or.... It adds a powerful nutritional boost while adding only minimal quantity which is sometimes exactly the best option. It mixes well, tastes (and smells) great and adds a deep purple colour indicative of its high incidence of antioxidants. Wild blueberries are considered to be one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet so why not go for it I say? Also, the suppliers offer a detailed booklet (free of charge) including some interesting recipe ideas I have yet to try---a lovely bonus!

I have bought many times from this producer, not just blueberry powder. Great quality and taste. Of course it is not the same taste as fresh blueberries but for a dried blueberry powder it tastes quite good. I use it in my workout drinks. I have bought from this producer for many years, never any problems, always great quality.
