Do they match Pittsburgh Corning Vue glass blocks?

The block is a clear block but the tint will not match since it is made from a different manufacturer. I do not know if any of the Pittsburgh Corning Vue blocks are left in the market place since they went out of business almost 3 years ago.

is the perimeter of the glass block clear, or white? My application calls for clear sides, so light can come through the sides

This block has a white painted edge coating around the perimeter of the block.

Why are product dims different than size dims

The sizing is different between the size we refer to it as, 12x12x4 and the actual size 11 3/4" x 11 3/4" x 3 7/8" to allow for a 1/4" mortar joint in between each glass block. This 1/4" mortar joint would bring it to the nominal 12x12x4.
