For the price this works amazing! I was also worried they would make me nauseous, they do not! As far as the “fat burning” goes honestly I don’t believe any product that claims that since burning fat/ losing weight is about calories in/ out, but that’s not why I got this product, it was to help from over eating and then feeling bloated and nauseous, which that it does work for! But it does also help lower the calories in since im not eating just to eat.
