If you use only around 5 ounces of cold water, it tastes really good. It is very low in calorie and high in protein, helping to lose weight and keep from losing your muscle mass while doing it ... Great product!

The Chocolate Salted Caramel is in my top 3 for flavors. It's tasty, blends well and has 15g or protein.

The shake is delicious, though a little pricey. It even works as a pudding, which I also loved. I think it makes a good meal replacement.

WonderSlim shakes are a great way for us to get our diets jump started. They contain a lot of protein, so you don't feel hungry, and I blend them with ice & water, and they're like slushies.

Love the taste! I'm so happy I can get this on Amazon. I could go to their direct sales, but then you pay shipping unless you hit a certain dollar amount. So buying here, I solve my protein requirement, save money on the shipping, and continue to enjoy this tasty shake. BTW, the Orange Creamsicle is their BEST!
