THE TOTAL BREAKFAST, LADEN WITH VITAMINS AND MINERALS, CAN ALSO BE A SNACK AS IT COMES
When I read the ingredients, particularly the impressive amount of vitamins and minerals it contained, I ordered two boxes. Upon receipt, I had it for breakfast and liked the flavor and freshness of the flakes... I could eat it plain, just as a snack. Why I did not discover it earlier? Now I can blend smaller portions with Cheerios for nutrition sake. UPDATE. After going over the ingredients and wanting a plain snack, I poured 1 cup in a bowl and began eating my snack. Nothing added, it was fine by itself. I will probably eat one cup daily as an evening snack and my yogurt with fruits and Cheerios for breakfast. Then, my one main meal by mid afternoon or a bit later. Love it!

Easy 100% DV Iron on Diet!!!
Finally I've found a way to get my 100% daily value of iron intake without eating too much!! They also have low sugar and high fiber content, so it's awesome for someone who's trying to lose weight! They arrived in a sealed box to maintain the quality. Texture is also so satisfying, I love to pair em with orange juice.

Haven't had these in years. For some reason the commercial popped into my head. So of course I ordered. They taste like I remember, don't think I liked them as a kid. As an adult they are edible.
