I bought this for my mother who is always complaining about her shoulders being cold. I'm usually apprehensive about buying this type of product since it's more of a personal preference than functionality. It's simple to use and heats quickly and to my surprise, my mother loves it. She seems to use it more on her stomach and legs than her neck but she said it's very nice to use. My mother is 90+ in age so being simple is very helpful. If she forgets to turn it off, the auto-shutoff takes over with is a positive. The power cord length is very good and the buttons are good size for her hands.

I have only had it for a day, but I can see it will be useful for my sore neck and shoulders. I use it at my desk and in my recliner. The heat makes neck stretches more comfortable and doable. I agree with other reviewers that it would be handy to have a velcro tab to control the size of the neck opening. I would get a bit more heat therapy if I could make the neck opening smaller. I am way bigger than the models on the product page, but it fits me fine. For some reason, it took longer to ship than predicted — that was a pain in the neck. :)

I like it, the heat is nice but I would 100% not describe this as “weighted”, it has zero weight to it - there is a small edging of some bean type material but most certainly not “weighted”, I do wish it was
