Use what?! The windshield? If you mean the RZR - no, it is illegal for anyone under 16 to drive.

If it’s folded down is it right in your view? Or does it fold lower

We design our Full Folding windshields to divert air over drivers and passengers while still allowing you to see over the bend. If you look closely at the pictures, you'll see that the bend is just barely taller than the top of the steering wheel. If you can see over your hand on the steering wheel then you'll be able to see over the windshield when it is secured into the Half position.

Will this fit a 2021 rzr turbo s 4 velocity ?

The Turbo S needs a bit taller windshield. The Amazon ID for Turbo S machines (including the 2021 RZR Turbo S Velocity) is: B07V7GH9D8. If you copy and paste that number into the Amazon search bar, then it should come right up.

It’s a great buy!

I like Everything about this windshield. From the way it was packaged and sent to me. Easy installation and assembly! Easy to read instructions. I’ve gone on a couple of rides with it and I’d recommend it. Not everyone out there is eager to rally through thick overgrowth. It truly is tough! I was also surprised to see that folding the windshield down worked as good if not better than a regular half windshield.

Great windshield

Easy install, looks good and clears the roof and light bar when you fold it down. Assembly was not that enjoyable, install was straight forward. Worth it to not have debris hit you in the face.

Nice, but...

I decided to go this route so I could fold the upper part of the windshield down when I needed to as well as being made in USA. But I'm not crazy how it folds. Also, I was surprised how much the windshield flexes at higher mph...
