Five Piece Power Grip Carving Set (Japan Import)

wooden handles give good grip (even with my large hands). each blade edge is razor sharp straight from box. and a very handy box it is, for storage. I am really pleased with this set of small chisels, now look forward to carving some masterpieces..........mmmmm...

I was surprised at the quality of these chisels as they feel remarkably hard wearing. The blades are sturdy and come reasonably sharp, though I would recommend giving them a quick hone on a very fine stone/wet and dry and a final strop with some decent honing compound. I can certainly see these lasting a good while, with the proper care.

Took ages to arrive and one has already come loose from its handle. It only needs gluing back however I shouldn't be expected to do that after the second use! They were quite sharp on arrival but I've been put off by their poor build quality,

Highly controllable chisels and as sharp as!! nicely presented and very comfortable in use.

Highly satisfied with these tools,sharp and easy to handle.
