VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!
I have been using JBL Pulse 5 for one year and after one year two months the charging port was damaged and product was out of warranty. I tried contacting customer support for product pickup for service and they were not responding

The speakers are great and definitely lived up to my expectations. The lights are bright and vibrant, and beautiful. Many modes to pick from. The sound is great, but it is still a high end party and outdoors speaker, not professional grade full sure, lacking in some areas. Overall a great speaker that fits it's designed purpose and use settings, very pleased!
