I have been a Goodonya Hydration user for years & love it. It is made of the purest ingredients, is available in many convenient forms so it's always easy to use whether you're at home or traveling. I find the light lemon flavor refreshing but never over powering. I never tire of it. Plus the results are the exact reason you would hope for when choosing any hydration product !

Love this product in general so the on the go packs are great for travel, on the go, diaper bags, work bags, etc. Taste is great, tastes like a lightly sweetened no sour lemonade. I like it cold or room temp. It does have very mini floaty “chunks” but you can’t taste or feel them when you’re drinking. I just shake it into a reusable water bottle (or you can use electric mixer frother tool) - I wouldn’t recommend mixing with spoon as I don’t think it mixes it as well Love the healthier ingredients. It definitely makes me feel more hydrated and I don’t know whether that’s the product or the fact that I love the taste so I drink much more water when I have it in there - either way it’s getting my more hydrated.

Absolutely obsessed!!! makes my skin glow, i feel energized and focused, and it tastes sooo good. & it’s all natural plz try if you are looking for a good electrolyte drink this is the best i’ve ever had! :). i never leave reviews but i had to for this because it’s actually so good

They taste good and they have pretty good ingredients! You do have to shake it up a good bit so you don’t get any sour chunks but overall for the price I would recommend them. They aren’t too sweet and not too bitter either. Good balance.
