Loved this camera! Super easy to transport and very clear! Edit: 1/13/2026 I’m coming back to say that the camera did start giving me problems and became blurry, was making weird sounds and then I started to know it would drive on its own straight down. Amie at babysense customer service was amazing. She was very understanding, wanted to see documentation of what was happening and then took initiative to send me a replacement. I’m blown away. Thank you so much!!

Own the Babysense monitor that came with two cameras, needed to monitor a third place. Bought this. Frankly don't remember if it worked out of the box or had to press the reset button on it, but it was a no-brainer. Now have three cameras working for my monitor. In lighted room pics excellent. Even in a very dark room get good quality in B&W for monitoring purposes. And sound monitoring is great as well.

i have had this camera unit for years and it has held up great. i recently ordered an additional camera so i can see multiple cameras through the home screen. it is also worth noting their customer service is great also. i had an issue years ago (can’t remember what it was) and they helped promptly and efficiently.

Updated review: 4 Stars: Since the original review was left Babysense reached out and offered to refund the purchase and send us a new one. So reaching out to customer service on our own didn't get such great results but apparently leaving an honest review of the issues helped. So decent customer service but would have been nicer if they would have done something about it the first time when we reached out instead of only after getting a poor review. Original Review: 2 Stars: This was purchased to replace our original camera that started making the squealing electrical noise after less than 2 years and its garbage compared to the original. Doesn't look the same as far as the camera itself goes and its more zoomed in and grainy. Also just had our second camera start making the screeching noise now as well and don't want to purchase another one of these if they aren't even the same quality as the original camera. Contacted support at Babysense and they weren't helpful about this camera being different at all. Only offered a discount to buy more through their website. So just know these seem to not be built to last more than 1-2 years either so you'll be replacing cameras often and with crappier quality apparently.

Edited: customer service about this issue has been fantastic. We upgraded to the babysense prisma 2 monitor and we are loving it so far. At first I thought this monitor was great - it has a nightlight, noise, and the tilt features were all super convenient. However, after 1.5 years it went bad. The cameras started making weird sounds like it was shorting out which made me uncomfortable keeping them plugged in while my kids were sleeping (in case it shorted out and causes a fire). So I bought a new camera, only for it to do the same thing. Now all 3 cameras are making the same noise. Then all of a sudden the actual monitor stopped holding a charge. I replaced the charger multiple times only for none of them to work. The monitor just completely stopped working. I had high hopes for Babysense but am completely disappointed after all the money spent on this product.
