What percent of what is what? I think you mean, some ingredient in quercetin that does all the good stuff. As no maker seems to have such a statement as they to for, say, resveratrol, I'd say 100 percent. Whatever, this product seems to work with me. I combine it with curcumin and resveratrol in a liposomal mixture to control the inflammation and pain associated with my neuropathy. I'd say the mix is as strong as CBD from cannabis.
