I suffer from a lot of blisters on my heels are you can get one on my right heel while i am driving my car on long distances,I have found that these plasters help stop the blister, and if I do have one they fix it quite quickly while allowing me to walk doing my daily activities brilliant I really like the pack, itโs nice having a case for the plasters which is quite easy to open The instructions are Very easy to follow and very comprehensive however, they are little awkward to put on yourself I really like the design of the plasters, and how are you peel the backing off impressive Very impressed with the price point super highly recommend
