Could you please tell me what user 1 or user 2 means? if i switch to user 1 i get different results compared to user 2. can anyone clarify please.

The Microlife BPM3 allows for two separate users to use the same blood pressure monitor. It will independently keep track of each users results as long as you change users. Reference the instruction manual that came with the blood pressure monitor for how to change users.
