My boyfriend and I both absolutely loved this massage candle. The scent is amazing—relaxing without being overpowering—and it really sets the mood. The warm oil feels luxurious on the skin and absorbs beautifully, leaving no greasy residue. It relaxed my boyfriend so much that he fell asleep both times I used it on him! The only slight downside is that I had to wash my hands afterward, but honestly, that’s a small price to pay for such a soothing experience. Highly recommend for couples looking to unwind.

Keep in mind when you apply this.It's going to be hot.So if you're with someone that don't like to feel a bit of a burn, probably not a good decision. Sometimes, when i'm giving my fiance, a massage loves it.Other times she doesn't. And there are times when I put it on my hand I love it.And other times I don't.

Product came in one piece, although it came in a box with no cushion on the inside so we got lucky with no damage. That aside, the temperature of the wax is just right. Not to hot, and not to cold. It does get your attention as it is melted wax. Made the massage easier, and it helped guide my hands. Start off with a little bit at a time as I accidentally used to much at first. Upon first poor I did make a mess but the lid pops onto the bottom, and made clean up easier than expected. Overall it's a great product, smells great, and I can see that it would last quite awhile. 10/10! Bonus, made in the USA!

Initially I thought it had a waxy smell, but once I warmed it up I didn't get that waxy scent anymore. My husband actually commented that it smelled really good. It also wasn't too hot to the touch which I was concerned about. I used a small amount at a time and worked it into the skin, it seemed to soak in without leaving a lot of residue. I only used maybe a quarter of the container for one use which isnt bad either. When I run out of this one I would definitely try other scents.

The candle smells nice, and would be a nice candle. We did not enjoy it for massage use. As others have said, we found it "sticky", and to make it feel like we were doing anything we had to use a lot of it. The wick was not exposed when I opened the can and I had to dig the wax out of the center to find it. I just ordered some low temperature candles to see if they are any better.

Lovely scent! This is my third time to purchase this brand (Karma Sutra) of massage candles. I’ve tried several brands, but these are the best. I prefer them because of the following reasons: 1. Best selection of scents. They also are not overpowering. 2. Metal container instead of glass or ceramic. Being a massage candle, you will most likely get slippery hands at a point while using this. The ceramic and glass massage candles will break of you drop them. Not the case with these. 3. Pour spout! Essential for a good massage candle. 4. Lid! Keep dust and other debris out in between uses so that your candle does not get icky. This is important with all candles, but it’s especially important with massage candles as the wax is on your body. (Gross if dust and stuff gets in...) 5. Skin absorbs wax/oil combo. Unlike some brands, this candle melts into less of a wax and more of a massage oil. It gets absorbed by the skin!
