On this web page, one of the ingredients listed is soy. What is listed on the package?

The older formula of the True Orange contains soy. They have just recently released a soy-free version that should be appearing in the online store and locally soon. I was told that the soy is used during their crystallization process. I have been informed that it would take consuming 700 packets of the current True Orange to equal 1 gram of soy. Is the flavor a natural one or as close to natural? I can't take the taste of Crystal Light, thanks for your help!

The lemon (and lime) flavors are lovely. They are truly ruined by the stevia. Calling that obviously unnatural sweetness "natural" is deceptive. If you don't mind the stevia taste, the citrus and other actual natural flavors are very good. I do wish they made a sugar only version of these mixes.

How much lemonade can one packet make?

It says on the packet that it is to be added to 16 oz. I usually add it to 32 oz as I like if very dilute. I drink some every day and without dilution, it was not good for me teeth. Made them pretty sensitive.
