The Show is Niall Horan's third solo album and first since 2020's chart-topping Heartbreak Weather. Preceded by its lead single "Heaven," the album matches the pure emotion of his globally beloved past work with a powerful new element of soul-searching reflection. CD Softpak. Review: ่ฏใ - ๆ้ซใงใใใชใ Review: Growth in perspective from Niall Horan - I gave this album 5 stars, although I feel that Flicker is still superior and is Niall's best work so far. The production values of his first album were very good, and the song "Flicker" is still a masterpiece of melodic and lyrical beauty. In Niall's 2nd album (Heartbreak Weather), the songs "Still" and "Dress" are the best. Regarding "The Show", it is easy to see that these songs are very personal to Niall, and his view of the world has matured. I love the songs "Science", "The Show", and "Never Grow Up", although some of the other songs are very good. I feel that, in these songs, Niall is exploring feelings of life experiences ranging from exhilaration to sadness, and shows how it is not always easy to make sense of the world - there is no single way to define life or make sense of it. There are some personal romantic songs, then there is a confessional - "Must Be Love", which ends the album. I like this album's lyrics - they are exploratory and meaningful. I still love "Flicker" the most, because of the deeply romantic/yearning nature of the songs and the beautiful melodies, but this album (The Show) makes you think. It's very poetic. That said, I think songs like "The Show", "Science," and "You Could Start a Cult" are very artistic and beautiful. I want to thank Niall for a wonderful experience.
