You’ve carried enough—expectations, worries, old stories that no longer serve you. It’s time to put some of it down. You don’t need to fix everything. You don’t need to control everything. Sometimes, peace begins the moment you stop trying so hard to hold on. The Art of Detachment is a gentle guide back to your center. It’s about living fully—without being owned by what hurts, overwhelms, or distracts you. This book will help you return to presence. To find calm in the middle of uncertainty. To care without clinging. To walk away without guilt. To be alone without feeling lost. With quiet clarity and simple, powerful insights, you’ll learn to stop gripping what’s slipping away and start grounding yourself in what truly matters. Detachment isn’t weakness. It’s clarity. It’s courage. It’s the beginning of peace. True strength is not in holding on—It’s in knowing when to let go. Review: Thought provoking and changed my perspective about being alone - I had been reading this book on and off. Mostly because I don’t really make time to read in my noisy and chaotic life. After taking the time to read this book, it provoked many thoughts about why I fear being alone and prefer being distracted. This book is for the people who constantly overthink, analyze, and attempt to control the outcomes of life. I’ve ruined relationships because of the constant need to control and found that life has a way of naturally flowing that one can’t always predict or plan. I didn’t realize that all this time I needed to embrace my solitude to feel whole instead of looking outward for answers. I’ve come to terms that being alone in my company is truly what develops our sense of self and confidence in our decision while balancing our connections with other. Learnt to embrace your own thoughts in silence and clarity so you can find comfort in stillness rather than avoiding the discomfort of it. I also like how the book provides practical habits. I would definitely recommend this book. Review: Little wisdom book - Easy to read and full of wisdom

Don’t misinterpret the title.
One of the best books I’ve ever read! A must read if you have anxiety. Once I got into the chapters, I realized this isn’t a book about detaching from certain people but rather learning how to detach from feelings, overthinking and getting stuck ruminating about interactions with various people and situations. A must read.

Very simple read
This was a solid book. The chapters were short so it doesn’t lose you. I also like the very simple yet profound wisdom shared.

Great book. After a stroke and dealing with anxiety, this book has been a great resource to learn and guide me through my new journey. Being present and learning how to manage thoughts. 5/5! (E.J.)

Very good book; Worth the read
This is a very good book for the modern world. I somewhat reluctantly read the intro sample before buying because I didn't really think it would be what I was looking for and then as soon as I read the intro, I immediately purchased it and read it as soon as it arrived. This is an incredibly good book. Just somewhat of a side note for anyone wondering, this isn't a religious book(Buddhist, Hindu, etc) but it may have those influencers, but as a Christian I find the contents of this book to be applicable to any person regardless of religion or lack there of. Personally for me as a Christian I do find that I can take things to the next level by taking what is in the book and viewing it from a Christian perspective which in a lot of ways makes things more powerful. There is a lot about the modern world that causes spiraling emotions that is tearing apart individuals, relationships, and society. The things in this book would really make a huge difference if more people practiced it.
