Heating Element Stopped Working - Less than 200 pages.
Update: I contacted the company's customer service, and they offered to send me a new machine free of charge. It was quite possibly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. For that, I am changing my review to 5/5 stars! This laminator machine was easy to use and worked well - while it worked. I purchased the laminator for my children's homeschool curriculums. I didn't even manage to laminate one curriculum (All About Spelling Level One) before it stopped heating - less than 200 pages. If you only need to laminate a few pages at a time, this laminator will probably work fine. But if you plan on laminating curriculums like I did, its heating element is bound to stop working. It's possible that, even at a few pages at a time, it would stop working after so many pages anyways.

Excellent, Efficient Machine
It is a very good quality machine. Excellent value for money.Functionality is quite, smooth, and effective. Built quality is strong. Laminating speed is fast. Easy to use. Although costly product but A3 and A4 lamination is bubble free, straight and for 125 micronl laminating pouch paper inside looks bright and neat. It works on 110V, has a rounder clipper in it. Nice laminator -- happy days!
Bought this because it accommodates 11x17 sheets. I need this for my book covers. Used this for the first time yesterday. It is really quite good. Took a bit to heat up, no worries, though. The operation is smooth and quiet. Lamination was without bubbles, and flat. Bonus - for me - was the paper trimmer! Did not even see this feature until reading all the write-up -- 3 different trim selections, and all in one place. Impressed. Have not used the trimmer yet, but hope it is as good as what I have experienced so far.
