Good figure the accessories made it come to life

Christmas 1994, I got most of the first series of Spawn figures, as well as Spawn Alley and the much maligned Spawn mobile. Of that set of figures, Medieval Spawn was hands down my favorite figure in that line. This figure is that figure on steroids. He's huge, even for the current scale of McFarlane stuff, and he looks like a statue when you pose him just right

In the end this figure is very good. Nice design, articulation and accessories.

This Medieval Spawn definitely has a commanding shelf presence! It lacks paint in the details of the armor compared to the artwork on the back of the box but overall the sculpt makes up for it. The weapons are a little rubbery and slightly out of shape when taken out of the box but a little hot water will fix that. A++ figure!
