Hello - there are 6 wraps total. There are two boxes with 3 wraps each.

Okay I know the adhesive goes against your undergarments, but does it go inside your undergarment directly on the skin or the outside?

It's meant to go directly on your skin. It's underwear, then adhesive, with the heated side of pad directly on your skin. I don't find it to be too hot unless I wear it for over 8 hours, which I'm pretty sure it says not to do. Otherwise these are GREAT. Heat works so much better then pain relievers for me.

Are these TSA approved to carry on flights?

Yes. I've traveled a lot and tsa does not restrict these. Just be smart and put one on after you go through the heat sensor machine not before. Like you want to tell a third of the area your cycle is going if they question it.

I don't know about reusable but it lasts super long. All day, just about.
