Can I use this twice a day?

Sure! I only use it once per day, because I wash my face in the shower at night and rinse it with warm water in the morning.

Hey guys please be honest about scent and does it foam?

There is no scent, and it foams best with soft water. It's a thin, uncolored and unscented gel-like soap. I usually lather it in my hands first because I have hard water so it doesn't get quite as foamy. But it still works very well. It's not harsh or stripping and my skin is not tight or dry afterwards. Good product, do recommend.
