Have used this product for years...neat I can buy it here. Star of Bethlehem is good to use for trauma. When I first used it my mother had died and I knew what depression was from previous deaths. I bought the Star of Bethlehem and used just a couple drops on my tongue and by the evening the darkness I had felt settling on me was gone. I used it for a couple weeks and did not get depressed. I keep it on hand now for when things happen to me or my pets to help them over what ever trauma they had happen to them. Loss of the people they have loved, other animals they have loved. I recommend Star of Bethlehem. It is not habit forming and doesn't interact with other supplements or drugs. I recommend this seller...product arrived timely and well packaged. The price was a good price for the product. It is easy to use...just place a few drops on your wrist or drop on tongue or mix with a liquid and drink.

These type of remedies are not made to opress symptoms but to assist the body in it's natural processes of addressing the symptoms. I have numerous chemical sensitives and react to most allopathic drugs and that limits what I can use. These remedies are easy to use, a few drops on your tongue or you can put some in water. I never have tried that so I can't speak to its' effectiveness using them in water. They work in steady gentle way so don't expect a knock you out kind of responce. Like anything else, from food, to drink,etc. check the ingredients to make sure there is nothing you would react to due to allergies. Give them a try!

While no Bach flower essence is an immediate panacea, the results are subtle and powerful & long term with absolutely no side effects. You may have been grieving for a long, long time over a past that you cannot change or a death which is sudden and traumatizing. Rescue remedy may be the most significant beginning Bach flower essence, but Star of Bethlehem is one that I still use for my lost innocence/childhood. Be patient with these cherished friends, & if the physical and emotional trauma is deep, you may have to stay with these Bach Flower Essences for a good while. You will be surprised one day when for no apparent reason you are able to do new things, go out and be with others when it was difficult 4 a long time. Maybe impossible, before. You might even wonder how or what changed inside of you. These magical (not really) flower essences are gentle, loving and vibrational. In our normal rush rush lives, we may not realize the changes are going on. For those of us more tuned in to our vibrations and the vibrations of all that is in our environment, we may feel the difference in a very deep level. No worries it works no matter where you are on your journey. I also use this for my rescue dogs who have been abandoned/abused/left out in the cold without shelter, dropped on the side of the road, chained up with no water/food, or dumped in the country somewhere, and on and on with human’s tragic treatment. All of us have some unresolved grief in our lives, there are so many, that need clearing away. Some of us may have illnesses born out of the grief unresolved, and they too can be healed. Trust this flower essences. Be patient with them as with any loved one. They will not disappoint. It sounds strange to say, but they love you. They are plants after all. And Dr. Edward Bach took great pains to create them in the 1930s, in the UK, and the beauty in this creation is present to this very day courtesy of devoted humans and believers to keep the exact formula that he made.

It's a tiny bottle, but your only using 2 drops a day. I put it under my tongue and hold it there and it tastes great and can settle the nerves instantly.
