私にはめちゃくちゃ相性良かったみたいです。 夜だけ飲んでます。 春は不安定になるので、朝も飲んでみる予定です。 悪夢365日見てて、過緊張で、泣きながら起きたり、全力疾走した後みたいな寝起きなことがたまにあるタイプの人間です。 これ飲み始めてから、劇的に変わりました。 ビタミンB飲んでたけど、p5pは入ってなくて、私には足りなかったんだと気付かされました。 悪夢は見ます。でも、体が疲れてないです。脳が疲れてないです。現実と混同することがないです。泣いて起きることもないです。汗びっしょりで起きることもないです。 ありがたいです。 Xで妊婦のつわりが楽になると聞いて、ふーんと調べて、私にも合いそうなので少し高いけど、買ってみましたが、すごく効果ありました。もちろん人によると思います。

I have been going through infertility, and heard this form was good for getting vitamins in. Can't complain! They don't smell amazing, but they don't have a bad taste and are easy to swallow. The cost is worth it for this quality product. I went to the doctor to check my labs, and my B vitamin lab was at a great level!

Difficult in general maintains good quality across their brand and products, consistent. Outside of third-party testing you never know what's actually in a product but when they go to the trouble of maintaining a well-designed brand with consistent quality and a broad line it's fair to assume they've assured the quality of the product and the dosage. Can't say much more than that

I am not a medical professional. This product seems to help with gentle energy boost (not at all like coffee). Good sized bottle, easy to use. Functionality is no issue. Seems to be great quality. Happy with this product thus far!

Helps with joint mobility in thumbs. Had frozen thumbs which were still a bit stiff from time to time, even after the steroid injection. Once I take these, all stiffness is gone.
