Looking for the good and being grateful

My weekly task on page 70 was to leave a positive review on a product or business that has changed your life for the better... and I choose this product. I am on week 4. I already notice myself somehow becoming happier and happier by the day, and I can say it is the magic of this diary. I also feel that this habitual effort for my own happiness is really made easy to continue with the simple and well-made format of this journal.
