Defective pump for bottle
The castor oil is excellent but the pump that came with it is defective and makes it very hard for my use, i cannot find how to contact to ask for a replacement pump for the bottle otherwise good product.

Batana and rosemary oil growth oil
Arrived well packaged and on time. Good value for money. Nice smell and texture the rosemary oil more pronounced than batana but does a good job.Will most likely buy again.

Only used a few times but the product itself seems to be as described. Applicator is easy to use. Good value for money.

Customer Support is rubbish...
Pump doesn't work. Have contacted them x 3 and heard nothing back. Very dissapointing. Castor Oil itself seems fine.

All the right oils in it and my hair has been loving it so far, I use it overnight and sleep with my hair in braids and bonnet on. Wash next morning and hair is so shiny 💓

I love it. Good nutrients, helped me with my hair growth. Not a strong smell. Sticky yes, but you need to use the proper amount.

I would highly recommend this oil. I've used it straight and in blends for my beard over the past couple of years. A couple drops work for most beards in my experience. It has a nice neutral smell that's faint, nutty, and woody. It has never irritated my skin and in fact makes it feel much better having been moisturized. I have not had issues with breaking out either. I typically use this oil in tandem with a boar bristle brush. I've rebought this product and plan on continuing to once I run out again since it's great quality and has worked well for me.

I’ve been using this for about a month and I LOVE it. I frequently bleach my hair and the last round I did really fried the ends so I had to really cut them and hated how short my hair was. I bought this and incorporated it into my routine 2-3 times a week and my hair has grown so much and is so soft now. 10/10 would recommend.
