Best slow cooker
My relative told me to get this one. I’ve tried MANY! By far the best. Like the old fashion crock pots that heat up fast and don’t take all day to cook and then your food isn’t done. Yes it may get hot on outside just be cautious of small children or curious pets I rate this a 10 out of 5! For being hot and wanted your food to cook quick

Very nice
Love the size and the tub is lighter than my other crockpot. The cord is longer too. You have some room to move it away from the wall or socket. It still cooks kinda fast on the low setting. The outside gets very hot also. So watch out! But all in all. I really like it.

West Bend Forever!
My former West Bend Crock Pot was a gift in 1968. I have used it on a regular basis all these years. The only thing that was wrong with it was the crock cracked and I could not find a replacement. I hope my new pot lasts as long, even though I won't!! West Bend products have served me well. I have their Life Time Cookware that I purchased in 1965. It still looks new, and I have a blender that was a gift in 1968, that is still going strong.

If you want simple and fabulous- this is the one to buy
Fabulous slow cooker. All I wanted was a simple, one knob slow cooker. Nothing fancy. This one does the trick perfectly. I use mine at least once every two weeks in the fall and winter. Comfort meals like chili, stews and pasta sauces come out perfectly. It makes a mean pot of tailgate meatballs too for parties too.
