Tastes and mixes well and provides skin splitting pumps. I have tried loads of other “pump” pre-workouts and this is my new go to. Pretty reasonable too as some are approaching £50.

I feel this is best on the market for the price.

Great pre-workout flavour. The tub lasted around 3 months, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week so this to me was good value. The effects probably would last around 20 minutes, at least the tingling sensation would, but I did find I was more focused than using another brands tub

Honest review. Stop buying pre-workout. BUY THIS! The only stim (pun intended) you’ll ever need. This is my first ever review. I don’t leave reviews but, when something is this good you’ve got to leave a review otherwise I feel like I’m doing a disservice for others looking for a product like this. Been using Optimum Nutrition Platinum Pre-workout Powder - 420g (20 Servings) for a long time. One of the best pre-workouts I’ve ever had BUT found that the whole my lifts were good the toll on my body’s was too much. Severe anxiety prior to getting to the gym, caffeine was ruining my skin, and general mood would be affected from the beginning of my day. (I train at 6am) Switched to this was pretty apprehensive didn’t think this would do anything. I was wrong. I feel the exact same focus I had with my previous pre workout without all the side effects listed above. I use 2 scoops and I’m ready to train. I focus on callisthenics & weight lifting and since switching to this I’ve gained some SERIOUS ground. ABE have smashed it out of the park with this formula. I’ve recommended it to all my friends and followers because it’s that good. Never going to buy anything else!

This product is great I keep coming back to it. I have used the ABE pre workout which I like and this is great but with a better pump and no caffeine jitters. It still has beta alanine (bee hive effect) which i do like as it feels like its working. The red hawian flavour is like a fruit punch but not a horrible cheap flavour quite enjoyable.

As far as stim free goes, I really like this stuff. Sometimes pre-workout makes me feel sick, usually the insane caffeine, but have had it with stim free too. This stuff tastes lovely, mixes with a quick stir and if you take the full 2 scoops will give you the pre gym tingles. I tend to take 1 scoop on cardio days or non training days to keep topped up with creatine. Pound for pound, it's a great product

The taste is okay and it mixes well. Taking 2 scoops doesn't give me the same buzz as the ones with caffeine. I've been taking it in the evening, about 5 hours before I go to sleep, and it hasn't affected my sleep so far. It does give me better energy and makes me more alert, but not a huge difference. It's also easy on my stomach.

I think stats are important but I believe my age will be relevant enough to help guide anyone looking at this product. 33 years of age, been training for over ten years and I was around back in the day when we had crazy pre workouts like Craze, Hemo Rage and other insane supplements. Your probably thinking "hey this guy is mentioning Pre workout with (Stims) But with time and how ridiculous some of these new preworks have 400mg+ Caffeine. Is ridiculous all that in one shot ? It's not ideal for anyone long term. But in regards of this product it's "Stim Free" but the pumps and pure confidence I get from this really helps. *** I would recommend to anyone to do cardio before weights to help blood flow and increase the effects of this product.

Noticed a significgent difference in the weights i was working also my energy during sets was higher

Guter Pump und schmeckt super. Ich habe zusätzlich noch ein paar Gratis-Proben dazu bekommen. Einziges Manko: 2 der 3 Gratis-Proben sind bereits abgelaufen (siehe Bild). Daher 1 Stern Abzug.

I enjoyed using this prelockout supplement. The effects are very clear from the first few uses. It increased my work capacity in the gym and made be able to a lift a few more pounds for a few more reps than usual. And indeed, it gives a great skin-splitting pump. The only negatives I have is the taste. It's way too sweet and tastes like a children's candy, I don't know why gym supplement companies insist on absurdly sweet flavours just because it uses zero-calorie sweeteners. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should! I have to mix it with soda/sparkling water to make the taste bearable. Another con is that the Himalayan pink salt used is of low quality; you can see the impurities of the salt sink to the bottom of your bottle. It's fine overall, it does the job well, but it's not the best by all metrics.
