I have ordered Vetoquinol Nutri-Cal many times for my 18 1/2 year old cat. He loves the taste & eats it straight out of the tube. He knows I store it in my bedside table & every evening when I come home from work he follows me into the bedroom, jumps up on the bed, & meows next to the side table until I pull out the tube. This stuff works. It has given my cat his appetite back & worked after the 1st time he ate it. I love the fact that it is also healthy & nutritonal for him. THIS IS GREAT STUFF! I highly recommend it for all cat lovers & especially for those with older cats who have lost their appetites. IT WORKS & my cat LOVES THE TASTE!

We adopted an 8 year old Sphynx in poor health. He was thin , a fussy eater and had vomiting issues on and off since he was a kitten with no issues found . My vet wanted to start from the beginning so started with a deworming , not a great start. The medication made him worse and he lost a pound in a week and was eating very little and that was with constant encouragement. He dropped to a little over 5 lbs and was just skin over the bones . He had done this a few years back according to his vet papers. Tried this product at night , the next morning he was ravenous. He now wants to eat everything in site, and several times a day. He will steal the dogs food tries to steal ours , we can't keep him full. It won't be long before our boy gets some meat back on these bones .... Results were immediate, I was doubtful but I strongly recommend this if you have a pet who has a poor appetite.

Excellent nutritional supplement for ailing pets. I have used this for pets for decades and have seen it help them when they are not eating well or not at all. It is usually readily accepted by most pets, but if not, putting a small amount in their mouth is typically not rejected.
