Se cercate qualcosa che vi aiuti anche a spingere qualcosa in più sulla panca piana o in tutti i movimenti di spinta e volete diventare più forti, prendetele costano un bel po' e per questo metto 4 stelle ma ne meriterebbero 5 se costavano un po' di meno, comunque sono perfette consigliatissime

ナローグリップ気味のベンチプレススタイルだと挙上重量が5~10㎏アップする youtubeなどでは前腕から上腕に向けて巻いているけれども、私の場合は上腕から前腕に向けて巻いた方が効果があります。ワイドグリップスタイルだとあまり恩恵はないかも
