Sony 77mm Front Lens Cap ALCF77S,Black

After accidentally breaking my original lens cap a few weeks ago, this replacement has been a perfect fit. It fits as it should what else is there to say?

I needed a replacement to a lost 77mm and i paid a bit extra for the OEM version of the lens cap.

This is crucial since the aftermarket brand I bought fit the lens but not under the lens hood. You would have to take the cap off to fit the hood on. And I'm not carrying around the hood off the lens. So this is the ONLY way for the 70-200mm 2.8 Sony.

It's a factory or Sony 77mm cap, not much to say. Sure, I could have bought a 3rd party, but I'm ocd about the caps for some reason, and the used 70-200mm GII lens I bought was missing the cap, so I replaced it. The one thing you can always count on with oem is that they're not finicky to secure, whereas many of the 3rd party seem to be tricky to get to lock on.

Original Sony Lens cap kept falling off

This did not clip on easily to my Sony RX10m4 and I had to return it. I later purchased a suitable lens (both 72mm) at a specialty camera store for half the price.
