There's no alternative to it
The very very best source of protein for vegetarians who don't eat eggs. I cycle them with Soy chunks.

Nice tasting but needs deep frying
Tasted nice but sticks and burns very easily if shallow fried. Fine deep fried

Authentic Indian paneer
This paneer is crumbly and fresh tasting, how it should be. It is extremely similar to the authentic paneer you’d find in India. Unlike the waxy dried out kind found in most supermarkets.

Fresh and soft
Best paneer ,so freshly made and taste exactly home made

Odd texture in comparison to others
This paneer appeared crumbly (resembling a feta cheese). I struggled to to fry this paneer, which I like to do before adding to a curry so that it doesn't disintegrate. This tasted like paneer and in the curry it wasn't noticeably different (my partner is Indian and he enjoyed) although I did notice the paneer wasn't as 'bouncy' as usual. I wouldn't particularly go out of my way to buy this brand again, however would use if there was no alternative as wasn't that awful.

More like the home made style Paneer.
Very good for saag paneer. Not like the waxy block style paneer though I actually like that too. Does not crumble and can be fried to get a good spice crust before mixing into the spinach curry sauce.

Nicer than all other brand paneer
Love this product; staple in my kitchen. Particularly nice for preparing dishes such as paneer stuffed paratha!
