Is the new version of MH breakfast skillet any good? I see lots of older good reviews and now most of the newer reviews are very negative

I actually tried this recently and it is good. There are more eggs than anything. The look is similar to moist scrambled eggs and the taste is good. It won’t be like fresh scrambled eggs, but not bad for a product that can last 30 years. And from what I’ve read, freeze dried is better than dehydrated when looking at long shelf life and nutrition retention. I don’t think you would regret buying this product.

L does it have spicy flavoring or dull bland and boring taste?

I am not sure I would call it bland and boring, but it's not spicy. However, look for the Mountain House meal called Spicy Southwest Style Skillet, it might be what you are looking for. Thanks for your interest! Jim

what is the differance between 1 pouch and 1 pack?
