The OG of Chilli Oil. Heat is just right, not too hot and not too tame, so you get the chilli spice hit with the aroma but not the overwhelming kind. Only requires a little teaspoon of it, so a jar can last a long time.

Very good and just right amount of spices.

Love this stuff, adds flavour and a nice kick to any of your dishes, ramen, rice, dumplings, eggs wherever you like.

Very good. You don't get lots of it, but it's good quality, goes a long way, is definitely chilli, and isn't burnt like some brands occasionally offer in larger jars to get rid of on Amazon. This is the one you want, because it has some complexity to the flavour so you can even use it to make something simple a bit more exotic. It's versatile and very tasty. Try a drop with sardines on toast or an omelette, as well as with your favourite Thai dish.

This is so spicy that I think just wafting it near a dish would be enough to impart heat. Great flavour but wowee, start with the tip of teaspoon and work up!

Delicious but when ordering from Amazon, I did not know it was being shipped from the UK. I've contacted Lee Kum Kee USA to see if I can buy it direct from them. No answer yet. It's great stuff on fried rice as shown on Ken Hom's POD casts. He liked it, so I decided to give it a try. Truly excellent product. Highly recommended except for the shipping half way around the world.
