This has been the best back brace for me that I've found yet. I'm still using my first Aspen brace that I bought 10 years ago, it still works fine. I orininally paid $89 for one, and I've been completely satisfied with it and would have happily paid more. When I noticed the Amazon price had dropped down to $49, I snagged another one as a backup, in case they stop making them someday. Pros: * The stiff rear "plate" is super supportive for both lower and middle back. * Very well made and durable. * The string tightening mechanism is superior to other types because there is zero stretch. Once tightened it stays put. * Wide range of adjustability. Cons: * I can't think of any. Buy this.

I highly recommend this brace If you want something to provide gentle support. The color is light light enough to wear underneath clothing and isn't uncomfortably bulky. I'm a petite woman and the size conforms without cutting into my rib cage or shifting when I sit down.

I have a spinal fusion, but the back brace I came home from the hospital with was way too big as I have lost weight. This was delivered the day after I ordered it. It fits well, gives me great support after a fall on the ice. I've been wearing it on and off as I don't want to lose muscle tone, but it is good for days I have to do a lot of standing. Great product.

Exceptional quality at a great price. Wonderful to be able to adjust support to relieve pain. Accurate description of measurement. Light weight and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Dr suggested. Helps with constant low back pain, bending and lifting. Make sure you order right size. Sm was great fit and is a sturdy brace. Your back will tell you when you need relaxing without it.

Having used multiple lumbar and pelvic braces, this the one I recommend to friends in need of an additional exoskeleton. Since my arms and hands are not strong (due to arthritis and aging) the pulley system works best for me. This brace stands up well to repeated uses over multiple years. I have three of these.

Works great for mid back pain. Easy to use and a lot cheaper than ones that you may be get from the doctor.
