16632 E-Z Peel and Press Wall Planks, 4"X36", Assorted, 20

I read the other review and figured i would give these a try since I am not hanging them in a bathroom where steam is. I bought a few boxes after doing my homework and finding this was the best price I could find anywhere. You get 20 planks for $60 where most places only have you 10 planks for that price. This was my first time using these and it was super easy. I did the entire wall myself with no help. I washed my wall first with dawn soap. Which is a major step you must do if you want these things to stick and really stick to the wall. I waited 24 hours for the wall to dry. Then I lightly sanded the entire wall with sand paper to give it better grip. Then I was able to start applying each plank side by side and then stacking them from bottom to top. I had to measure spots and cut the planks to fit the space. Which was super easy. It took one or two swipes of the box cutter in each plank to cut it. They would then break super easy and were ready to install. I had also bought a plank roller to roll over each plank to make sure they were all secure in place. I worked on the wall for about 2 hours each day for 4 days. I could of gotten it done faster if I wasn’t so picky on how the planks were positioned by color and markings on the front of each one. The planks come in 4 shades of white and gray. They look beautiful. The combination of the colors looks amazing and truly brightened up my home. Everyone that has seen my new wall loves it and can’t believe how nice it looks since it was my 1st time doing it and I had no help. It looks amazing and I love it. I am truly happy with the product and I would 100% recommend it. Not one plank has called or moved at all. They are stuck to the wall and they are not coming off unless you rip them off yourself. You should definitely buy them you will not be disappointed at all. This was my Christmas gift to myself and I am in love with how it turned out. I will definitely be buying more to finish a few more projects. Ignore the negative reviews. As long as you apply them correctly cleansing your surface 1st and you do not put them up around steam th rug will hold with no issues. I think if you did the steps correctly that they still wouldn’t of fallen off the wall. I tried to pull one off the wall and it was not easy. It took a lot of time and effort.

I used E-Z peel and stick boards in barnwood colors for an accent wall in my master bedroom. I have to say, this product is truly amazing. I was surprised at how easy it was to install and it looks absolutely stunning. I did a couple of other accent walls in my girls bedrooms where I used real wood boards and let me tell you.....it was very difficult. I had to run outside and use my circular saw then come inside, nail it to the wall. Sometimes the cut wasn’t right so I had to run back outside make another cut, come inside....I was exhausted at the end. But with E-Z peel and stick boards there is none of that. If you need to make a cut, you can just use a cutting board and a box cutter. Here is a list of tools I used and the steps I took to install these beautiful boards. Tools I used: 1. A box cutter 2. A level, 3. A pencil, 4. Measuring tape, 5. A square edge 6. A small J-roller and 7. A cutting board. Steps: First I opened all the boxes and let the boards acclimate for 2 days. Meanwhile I washed the wall (surprisingly it was very dusty 😬) then I wiped the wall with a dry rag. Let the wall dry for 2 days while the boards are acclimating, I also took all the outlet covers off. Then I separated the boards by color. There were about 3 color boards. Gray, lighter gray and almost white. I then would take one of the boards and position it where I wanted (I started from the top left corner) Took the backing out then gently position it on the wall. Once I was happy with the way to looked I used a small J-roller to press down. I used my body weight to press down with the J-roller in a side to side motion. I then would take a different color board and position it next to the first board, once happy pressed down with the J-roller. When I got to the right corner I had to make a cut, just measured it and cut it with a box cutter and a straight edge. The boards are very easy to reposition if you make a mistake as long as you gently place the board on the wall then reposition it, do not press down unless you’re absolutely happy with the position of the board. I had two big windows on my wall and this product was so easy to cut around. It would have been so hard to do that with real wood boards and a jig saw. Also this product is very budget friendly, not to mention you don’t have to purchase any expensive tools like a jig saw, a nail gun or a circular saw. Just simply peel, position and press down. I am very happy with these boards both with how easy it was to install and also with how beautiful it looks on the wall. I am thinking of doing another accent wall in my kitchen and this is exactly the product I’m going to use. And the best part of the product is that you can use it in the bathroom, in the kitchen wherever because unlike real wood you can just wipe these boards clean and also you don’t have to worry about them shrinking or expanding.

I ordered this as a less expensive and easier way to get the "shiplap" look. When I got the boxes, I was so disappointed. I thought they looked like linoleum! BUT - WAIT!! They are AMAZING!!! My brother had the great idea to put a dime between two planks as we went to make it look more like the space you would find between old boards. The product is easy to cut, easy to apply and sticks like crazy. I would have to disagree with the video showing that you can peel it off easily - but that is good - I don't want it falling off!! This looks like real wood in person! I am not done with my project yet but will post new pics when it is finished. The customer service from Nance Industries is stellar also!! I miscalculated on my measurements, and needed more product. Unfortunately, for some reason it isn't currently available on Amazon (altho it is available on other sites). I called the company and they are shipping me out what I need right away!! Excellent product and excellent customer service - I will be looking for more spots to use this product!
