Sounds great on my truck. Really let's the engine breathe. Very well made and it has increased the torque and throttle response in my my old pickup. Only drawback is the drone in the cab however alot of that may be just my setup as I just put a turndown pipe 18 inches off the back of the muffler.

Sounds good if you’re looking for a little louder than stock. Not too loud and no drone Just gives a deeper tone. Looks good also. I used it on a 95 Chevy dually with a 454 single 3 inch exhaust. At About $50 is a great price. Can’t buy stock for that anymore

Muffler sounds great! I had my truck essentially straight piped with the factory catalytic converters on. I couldn’t stand the droning in the cabin and was looking for an inexpensive but effective muffler. This muffler helped reduce the cabin noise significantly and the truck still sounds great. I would highly recommend this product!

The Flowmaster FX muffler is a great value especially for it being stainless steel I was able to install it with just 2 reducer pipe fittings and some welding and 2 pipe clamps it’s a nice looking muffler the sound isn’t obnoxiously loud it is mellow at idle on my 2002 Chevy Silverado with 5.3 and when you lean into the gas it has a good deep tone there is a slight drone when under light throttle but controllable

this muffler sounds awsome deeper sound then expected, it is a little louder than i was thinking it would be but still not bad over all great sound for the money

2014 gmc 5.3l. I left the forward resonator and flex pipe, then went up to 3” and into the muffler. Then came out before the axle. Sounds great! Not super loud. Just a nice low growl. Will add pics when the exhaust tip comes in. Definitely recommend!!!

Super happy with this. Sounds awesome. Price is better than anywhere. My neighbors might not be as happy. But it's so much quieter than my old exhaust. Has that cool rumble and no drone on the hwy. My person can actually talk to me when I'm driving........(as if I'm listening lol.)

Put on my 07 ram (has cats, no resonators) and it sounds very very good . Minimal drone at cruise or at highway speeds but just a touch loud for my liking . I have used many different brands of mufflers, but this one put on a Hemi almost gives it a slight lope/chop at idle or cold start that is pretty impressive . Would recommend if you don't mind it being on the louder side, but what do you expect for a straight through muffler. definitely not as loud as a glass pack.
