BUY IT!!! I will NEVER have a different type of hair dryer ever again only this brand it is the best that I had ever had. Very easy to use, I never use the heat setting just because I don’t like using heat on my hair and almost every hair dryer is low-medium-high heat this one u can use cold air which I LOVE it’s so light weight and the quality is amazing

Switch breaks easily
I returned this once because the little on and off switch broke and popped off. The second one did the same thing, but I was outside of my window to return it. It’s an expensive hairdryer to have such a flimsy switch that breaks so easily. Very thin plastic, not surprised at all that it doesn’t last. I’m very disappointed that I can’t return this.

Pink and Powerful
A friend recommended this hair dryer. Thought I would give it a try. My hair is thick and needs a strong blowing dryer. I received it and it was packaged in a pretty pink box. When I tried it, I was amazed! I’ve never had a dryer work so well with so many settings! My hair was dried in no time! Would highly recommend!

Fast, powerful dryer
Definitely not frizz free but I do think it’s faster. I like the weight and how powerful it is. Feels like using a Dyson !

Too expensive with the diffuser
This thing reeeeeks. I really hope the chemical scent comes out. I made the mistake of buying the one without the diffuser. Will be returning.

Dries very fast!
I LOVE this blow dryer!! The settings are a little tricky and hard to get use to, but it’s very light, and easy to handle. It dries my hair VERY fast!

Unable to use this hair dryer without on/off switch!
I was very happy with this hair dryer UNTIL the on off switch broke, and fell off...I am unable to re-attach this switch as the piece that broke off was made of plastic. I have tried repeatedly to call product support with a message that tells me that they are unavailable and I am unable to return the product as it was ordered in August and obviously past the 30 day return window. I would very much like to have a replacement switch or a new hair dryer that didn't break after normal use in less than 6 months!
