In the directions it says to use a Dermalure Neutralizer afterwards. Is this necessary or is it self neutralizing?

It is self neutralizing. It is usually left on 12 to 24 hours as a stand alone peel.

Can you use a cotton ball to put the solution on? I did not get directions with my order.

You probably could but I think the cotton ball would absorb alot of your product. I went online for a small brush. Its probably called some type of makeup brush. It was very small with wide bristles.

How often can you apply this peel? Also, can makeup/foundation be applied the following day?

Once every 3 months. You should wait to apply makeup until your face finishes peeling. It takes about 3-5 days.
