I have used and recommended ASUS parts for many years, and had recently recommended this system to a family member, as it appeared to have reasonable system specs for the price, and figured a new 'mini pc' seems like it could be the way to go. Exactly 1 year and 1 week after purchase date, the power supply had died on the computer. This uses a 'mini power supply' with a 10-6 pinout which you absolutely cannot buy anywhere in the US. Took computer to local computer store, they said they could fix it, only to come back saying its too complicated to locate the proper power supply. I ended up getting through to ASUS support and they sent a couple links to ASUS authorized part dealers. Found what appeared to be the correct part which was only purchasable in Europe with a 2-3 day expected shipping time. If you are an avid gamer and expect to be able to just run down to a local computer store to buy a new PSU on a Saturday afternoon, then this is definitely not the computer for you.
