I’ve been trying to cut back on sodium, and this Dash Original blend has been a lifesaver in my kitchen. I’ve used it on everything from baked chicken to roasted potatoes, even sprinkled it on popcorn once, and it always adds flavor without me missing the salt. It is very versatile. The mix of herbs and spices feels balanced — nothing too overpowering, just a good all-around seasoning. The 2.5 oz size is convenient for the price, and since a little goes a long way, one bottle lasts longer than I expected. I’ve been using it several nights a week and still have plenty left. For under $3, the quality is surprisingly good, and it doesn’t taste artificial the way some cheap seasonings do. If you’re used to really salty food, it might take a little adjustment, but once you get used to it, this blend makes low-sodium cooking so much easier. Definitely a staple in my pantry now.

I am trying to cut back on my use of salt. I bought a bottle of Ms. Dash Original, and it is great. This stuff adds flavor without MSG. Not too garlicky nor strong herb flavors. Great stuff. Highly recommended.

Although this is taco seasoning, it’s good for almost everything. Chicken, hamburgers, soups, Romain noodles, etc. I hope Dash doesn’t discontinue this flavor. I will be extremely sad.
