Great taste with easy mixing and great nutrition values

Banana flavour tastes a bit funky but it mixes easy with milk and if I add creatine or hydrolysed collagen peptide powders there are no lumpy bits to maje you gag. For resistance training I take it about 30 minutes pre work out and running post work out without HCP.

Quality product, better value than a stand alone whey in my opinion, ive never judged a protein powder on taste, taste been subjective, but this banana is sublime ive always used a blender for my shakes with loads of ice with this ive put ice in plus a frozen banana, i'll stick with this powder from here on in next up vanilla!!

Mixes very well never any lumps I use 2 scoops with 300ml water. Far too sweet for my taste buds, very yellow. In terms of gains can’t be sure to early to say yet I do weights 5 days a week, will compare once the tub is gone, I usually use ON Gold standard which has a less sweet taste but doesn’t mix as well as this.

Very good protein. You've got 4 different types of protein fast and slow so the body uses all of it and nun goes to waste then just like whey on its own.

Tub arrives tonight, opened it up to a half full tub ! Apparently there is 76 servings, I'll be lucky to get 30 odd. Not impressed at all.

The banana flavour is quite unpleasant and is very bright yellow. Most unnatural and very disappointing.
