Do I wash my face or moisturize after removing the patches?

I usually wear them overnight so wash my face the next morning while in the shower followed by my moisturizer.

It this a long lasting or short lasting solution to the pores? Would I have to keep doing this treatment for my pores to shrink?

Pores don’t shrink. I asked the same question to dermatologists and estheticians. They both confirm there is nothing you can do to shrink your pores. Just like you can’t make yourself taller. It is your biology. That said, these are great strips. I like how it can be kept on as you sleep. They do a great job removing debris. Using facial cleansers with salicylic acid daily and a good moisturizer helps keep away blackheads, but shrinking pores is impossible, unless you get surgery which I wouldn’t do.

Can you leave it on more than 6 hrs or over night?

Yes, I always leave it on overnight. It's very gentle to skin but does its job!
