Great Budget Ramen Veggie Mix — Tastes Better Than Expected
I originally bought this brand because it was inexpensive — my sister kept using up my other ramen vegetable mix, so I grabbed a cheaper one thinking it would be “good enough.” I was pleasantly surprised — it’s actually really good. I use it by putting my dry ramen and these vegetables in a bowl, pouring boiling water over everything, and letting it sit for about 3–5 minutes. The vegetables rehydrate well and absorb the flavor, so you end up with a hearty bowl instead of just plain noodles and broth. Great texture, good mix of veggies, and an easy way to upgrade instant ramen. I’ll definitely keep buying this.

Healthy addition for ramen or rice.
First time I’ve purchase anything like this product - and it won’t be the last. Great variety of ingredients, taste is good and they rehydrate quickly. Can use for ramen and other meals such as quick fried rice! Good value.

Good mixture of veggie toppings
This is a pretty good mix of veggie ramen toppings - it adds flavor and texture variety to soups, along with 3g of protein and 3g of fiber per 0.53oz serving. The ingredients are decent, but I would like to see some additional vegetables incorporated as well. I think the pieces themselves hydrate about as much as you could expect in the time it takes to cook ramen noodles.

Easy Veggies for Ramen and Rice
Overall: easy way to add a good variety of veggies to any recipe you'd like. Pros: Shelf-stable. Does not take up space in the fridge or freezer. easy to seal package. Good variety of flavorful vegetables. Good source of fiber. Add as much or as little as you'd like. No fixed portions. Either throw them in the boilding water 1 minute before you're done, or microwave it in water until tender. Very easy with little cleanup. Cons: Serving size is 0.53 ounces, which is a little too specific to be useful.

Soup vegetables
I tend to stop eating ramen soup when I'm full so I usually get 2 meals out of one package of noodles. If you discard the sodium packet supplied and substitute 2 low sodium packets, mix in about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of these vegetables, you get an awesome vegetable noodle soup. The leftovers taste even better a day or 2 later from the fridge. Awesome flavor!!

Will they rehydrate?
It's EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. too bad most times the veggies (even after soaking in water for 30 minutes) never stopped being dehydrated. I'm talking about the peas, and the corn. Get used to that taste, that cardboard taste of dehydrated peas and corn.

Tastes very good in ramen
Use in all ramen. Adds a nice taste to ramen. Many different vegetables in the pouch and has a nice smell to it.

These vegetables a great! Quick, easy, convenient and tasty. Decent sized resealable bag. Need a quick and easy meal? Make up some stock using your preferred stock cube/pot/powder/liquid, add a scoop of these vegetables, some noodles and a protein source of your choice (chicken, beef, prawns, tofu, etc...), microwave or heat in a pan for a few minutes and BOSH! You have a yummy noodle soup! You can also add some chilli oil or flakes for a spicy kick! 😋

Make lunch with noodles, miso, protein chunks, chilli crisp, and these toppings, all in a thermos add hot water leave 10 min and have top notch ramen for lunch. Will definitely buy again

Quite good as a cupboard emergency food! Not bad taste & very handy for adding extras to noodles when you can’t be bothered to cook!
