great addition to my carnivore journey. Love the taste!
I have been trying to stick to my carnivore diet, but was having headaches and felt a bit sluggish. I read and watched videos on Youtube by carnovore doctors who said it's due to mineral imbalance. So, I decided to purchase this SALTT product -- since its a bit cheaper then all other options. I've already tried several fruit options -- absolutely loved it! It was a bit too salty for me, so I added a bit more water. And also added some ice cubes. Very refreshing! I have not had any headaches recently, so it's hard to say if it works, but I really enjoy this drinks!

You can mix your own electrolytes, but these are a godsend when fasting
Saltt electrolytes have been a godsend to my fasting regimen. I was mixing my own no salt (potassium), pink Himalayan salt and magnesium regularly, but I wanted something with some flavor. Beware if you take these on the go, youโll need a pair of scissors. They donโt tear open and the contents get stuck in the tiny opening. When you go over 24 hours water fasting, electrolytes are a must. I try to get in three packets a day when water fasting. Saltt has saved my sanity a little and helped me stay on my fasts. Sometimes I add these to home carbonated water so I feel fancy, but itโs not necessary. I only wish they made beef stock and chicken stock flavors, similar to bullion cubes, so I can have these at dinner time. Iโve ordered the cocoa flavors and Iโm looking forward to them arriving. I mix one packet into my 25 ounce insulated straw cups. These are listed in order from what I liked best, to what I didnโt enjoy. 1- Endless Summer - not sure what this flavor is, but I like it. Itโs a little like a lighter fruit punch. My favorite out of all of them. 2- Lemon Lime- love this flavor, second favorite to Endless Summer. I could make my own using real lemon and/ or lime juice, but itโs a great idea to add real lemon or lime to it anyway. You need the vitamin C from real lemon and lime for cell repair. 3- Zesty Orange - Definitely some Tang flavor in there. Iโll order this again. 4- Booyah Berry - Iโll buy this flavor again. Itโs good. Light, berry saltiness. 5- Groovy Grapefruit - surprisingly pretty good. The citrus undertones work well with the salt. That said, not my favorite. Considering how expensive these are, I wonโt order this flavor again. 6 - Cherry Chill - Takes me back to cherry cough syrup. I love the flavor of cherry. This, I donโt love. Found it disgusting. 7 - Mondo Melon - I donโt really care for it. In my opinion, disgusting. My least favorite flavor, and considering I hadnโt eaten in three days when I most flavors are a thrill, not good.

BEST electrolyte packet Iโve tried so far!
Iโve tried just about every electrolyte packet out thereโLMNT, Prime, Liquid I.V., and a bunch of others. I donโt usually write reviews, but Saltt genuinely impressed me. Itโs hands down the best electrolyte mix Iโve ever used. I work long days as a UPS driver in the summer heat, so hydration is something I take seriously. Iโve also been spending a lot of time shooting archery, getting outdoors, and staying active, and Saltt has become something I donโt leave home without. The taste is clean, itโs not overly sweet, it mixes easily, and I actually notice a difference in how I feel throughout the day. What I appreciate most is that it just works. No gimmicks, no overpowering flavorsโjust an electrolyte mix that helps me stay on top of my game whether Iโm delivering packages, spending hours at the archery range, hiking, camping, or chasing other outdoor adventures. Iโve tried the competition, and for me, nothing comes close. Saltt has officially earned a permanent spot in my daily routine. Itโs rare that I find a product Iโm genuinely excited to recommend, but this is one of them. Keep up the awesome workโyouโve definitely gained a loyal customer.

Good and salty
If you don't like Gatorlyte, you won't like these. They are salty. They are supposed to be salty. It's ELECTROLYTES. The directions say 16oz of water, I use my 24oz tumbler. I have tried four flavors so far and no, they're not the best thing I've ever drank. They'd be better with real sugar because I don't like stevia. But I gave 5 stars because they are good and it's not artificial sweetener, and they're easy to use. I'm def gonna try the other flavor packs!

This could be the one if you are ok with the taste
So far I tried a couple flavors and I'm liking it for the most part. Some flavors are a hit or a slight miss. I wouldn't say it's bad, it's just off by a bit sometimes. If flavor is a top importance, cure or lmnt may be better, but cure is extremely expensive, way more than double these other ones. It may seem expensive per packet, though since there is so much sodium, almost 1gram worth, you can split the packet into two and divide the cost per packet in half. I found that half a packet per 16oz standard water bottle works out very well. I currently change between lmnt, saltt and cure for powdered packet electrolytes. I don't know which one is the best, but saltt seems to really focus on as pure ingredients as possible. Lmnt does a good job at that as well, though they do have low amounts of maltodextrin I believe. In any case, all 3 of those brands have something I like. Cure tasted amazing, but it had the least sodium and it just costs a lot more per amount of sodium per packet. The other thing with electrolyte drinks is the over hyped status. You may want to research the science behind hydration and the effectiveness of electrolyte drinks, because while they are more effective than plain water, they are not much more effective. You have to decide for yourself if it's worth it after seeing the data. Saltt as a product though, is great and being a premium contender, the price is competitive. I also divide packets in two to make it reasonably priced. I'm between lmnt and saltt at this time. It would have been cure, but they have to either bring that price down or increase the sodium per packet to compete with the big guys.

Worth it! You wonโt be disappointed
Love the flavors in the fruit variety pack! Love the amount of sodium and the flavor compared to most hydration packets! Dissolves easily! As a landscaper in the field and also being a heavy sweater, these help keep me hydrated and functioning at optimum level!

Fun variety of flavors
This fun variety pack has many different delicious flavors! It really gets me drinking water. I feel great that the sodium helps me feel refreshed. As a nursing mother, it especially helps me to replenish my fluids. I love that it is gluten-free and dairy, free and vegan and keto and kosher and all those great things. It mixes so smoothly into water. Plus it tastes great.

Not Salty
Taste was ok but not salty. If you prefer the taste of salt Iโd recommend LMNT.

Great for POTS salt needs great taste.
Super helpful for my son with POTS to get in his required salt amt without the yucky taste. Variety pack has been fun for him to explore and he has several favourite flavours. It has given him independence to handle this part of his care regimen.

Worth the cost
Like the name says, they are salty! But once you get used to it, they are great! They do exactly what you want them to do and completely disolve in water with no undissolved residue.

No citric acid!
Bought these specifically because they didnโt contain citric acid. Really hard to find electrolytes without it. Happy with the flavour. Will buy again.

Good for pots - we shall see! for non chronic peeps, fantastic
I got this to see if this would be a good one to have in the morning for hydration (I have pots) I've been using others for awhile. Just started so we will see if it helps in the long run in comparison. Will update in a few weeks if anything changes As to the taste it's good, I feel for normal non dysautonomia people it would be perfect.
