Misleading as not enough EPA & DHA
I have been taking these for over 9 years after a doctor recommended for my husband’s Multiple Sclerosis. They are expensive as I’ve been buying them in store. I just found out they don’t have near enough DHA or EPA to observe any benefits, in simple terms, they do not contain enough of what you need!! You’re better off taking a supplement with around 500epa/350dha. Do your research people!! I am not taking inessa fish oil. As for the capsules themselves, the vitabiotics krill oil are easy to take with no after taste. Just a pity they are essentially, useless.

Irresponsible purchase
Sadly I read up on this after purchased. This is extremely detrimental to Antarctic and unsustainable fishing methods.

Near expiry date. Be careful when purchase more than 2 boxes
Bought in Nov 2025 and was sent 10 boxes expiring Feb 2026. Very disappointed!
