Can i mix this with pre workout

I think in general, the common knowledge is that the probiotics should be taken on an empty stomach.. We don't want digestive juices flowing, which can be detrimental to the bacteria. We want them to survive in the stomach and gut and take over the bad bacteria colony and absorb food as much as possible. For this reason, I take it at least half an hour , or most cases 1 hr before I eat in the morning only with spring or purified water. Thus, imho, I wouldn't put it in a pre-workout or a smoothie drink. just take it with water when you wake up. it mixes easily. btw, this is an awesome bacteria. You see the effects right away..

What strain is this? Does is make blis k12?

Blis k12 is the strain streptococcus salivarius k12. This product is lactobacillus salivarius SD-5851. They are very different bacteria strains for different purposes, although both beneficial to health. The best k12 product you will find will be made by the brand name, blis, whose developer was the person who discovered its benefits while looking for the most protective streptococcus strain for upper respiratory health. Blis was the first product on the market, and the only one thoroughly researched and proven to be effective. I have no affiliation.
