Product came in crushed box. Capsules in the plastic bottle were stuck together and when removed in clusters a sticky element was present, as if some of the capsules had leaked some liquid content. Very poor quality for this product. First time this was noticed as item has been purchased in the past. Best Buy Date was still effective on the bottle; however, content inside was less than acceptable. Use of the product previously -it is effective!

Bought for a new mommy as part of a care package. She loves it. She said she would reorder or buy as a gift for a new mommy because she liked hers so much.
