Great White Comforter!
I love this comforter! It’s very soft and silky even. Looks great. I’m kinda allergic to down, so this is a great choice for me. Lightweight and can be machine washed. It feels silky cool right now for the moderate summers we experience. I’m sure it will be warm in winter with my fleece blanket. It will be just enough weight to give me a cozy sleep experience.Size is exactly as described. The white is a gorgeous absolute white, not like some that are a version of white. Even though in my picture ( taken in the evening) it was around 9pm. Available light in my lavender room.

Great Duvet But Awkward Size for covers
I ordered the oversized King duvet. Great coverage of our California king size bed!! This is a very well-made duvet and I love how light it is. Since it isn’t super bulky, it can actually fit in our front load HE washer which means I don’t have to lug this to a laundromat or dry cleaner (huge plus). It’s still quite cozy and warm despite the lack of bulk which is great for me...not so great for my husband who is a hot sleeper (pun intended). But he says he doesn’t mind this. I also like that the corners have the loops for the duvet cover to be tied to. My only qualm (which isn’t directly a problem with the duvet) is that it’s incredibly difficult to find duvet covers that accommodate its oversized dimensions. It would be nice if the manufacturer could branch out and produce/sell covers that fit their oversized line of duvets.

cool to the touch
my dogs like to sleep on this cuz it stays cool. like a parka but it's light enough to use all year round. i stay warm in the winter with heavier sheets. and comfortable in the summer with light sheets.it's easy to keep clean. it doesn't bunch up in the squares. i hang it to dry for 2 days each wash.i've had 2. both 5 years old and still going strong ! i'm back here to buy another. glad they are still here on amazon !! i just hope the quality is the same.

True sized for cal king
I shopped forever for a duvet that would actually fit a cal king bed. I think I got the various reviews confused in my head as this arrived and I was super sad it was so thin. I stuffed it in the dryer on low heat to fluff - not fluffing happened. Decided to try it out since the overall size was great. My dog decided she didn’t like it, and less on it within hours of making the bed. I washed it (twice in my front loading washer to make sure it was clean) dried on medium hoping for the best and let it hang to dry for the day. Same pupper decided to take the duvet for a walk, so we Re-washed and AGAIN dried and hung out to dry (she clearly hates this duvet). Once dried I remade up the bed and we settled in to sleep. Ok, it may not look as fluffy as I hoped, but this think is great. Nice weight to it and perfect warmth level for our southern CA winter evenings. Not sure how it would do in a colder climate but for us, it’s perfect.Sizing is great other than finding a duvet cover that fits it. I have two squares of duvet for each side of the bed and the foot to hang down which covers out extra thick mattress.I marked down starts because it did arrive a bit dirty I think from the packaging processs and that it is thinner/flatter than advertised. Marked stars up for durability in wash and drying and all around tuffness to puppers.

*PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!!-
First off- Goose down ALTERNATIVE is the ONLY way to go! Do some research about what the geese go thru to provide you feathers. They are ALIVE & GET PLUCKED OVER& OVER UNTIL THEY EVENTUALLY DIE!!!!! Thought it was important to educate those who do not know about their goose down comforters, your sleeping with torture & death feathers, don't contribute to them animal abusers! THANK YOU!- Second~ This is a great down ALTERNATIVE comforter. I ordered the cal/king. It's perfect & of great quality! Just put my duvet on & it fits perfect! It has hooks for corner ties or large buttons! It is thick, yet light & has great quality that I believe will last a long time. DON'T HESITATE! BUY!! I will update after a few months worth of use & washing . The duvet cover I purchased was the- Chezmoi Collection 3-piece reversible chevron duvet set. It was a few inches smaller than my cal/king comforter, but made it that much more plush & cozy! I would highly recommend buying one of their duvet sets. I am in love with my comforter & duvet set!

Excellent value
I moved to Texas from the Pacific Northwest about 7 years ago. I've owned down comforters for over 30 years. Really good ones. And really good ones are expensive. My new dog decided to play rip the comforter apart a while back. Being a guy, I fixed it with duct tape. Still, I was annoyed with it not fitting my queen cover. And, frankly, it was a little warm here. So, I bought this comforter. Outstanding value. The loft is excellent and similar to my down comforter. And, it's just about as warm as the down comforter. I guess that's another reason they invented air conditioning. The bottom line is the fit was exactly as stated. I measured it. It's sewn very well and the quilting is one of the things I always demanded in down comforters. In short, for one whole heck of a lot less money, this has at least the same utility as way more expensive down comforters. Some people have complained about loft. My guess is that they've not owned comforters. All that loft in some of them is due to using a mix of fillers. Loft isn't what keeps you warm. Trapped air keeps you warm. I'm sure you can buy those big fluffy comforters somewhere, but what's the point? Also, for those who aren't crazy about the shell's appearance -- you know, it's ok to complain about that around here. We're all friends. But, don't ever let somebody who knows comforters hear you say that. Comforters go inside covers. It's way easier to clean covers than comforters. Helloooo! And, covers allow you to style your bedroom anyway you want, including all white if that's what you want. But... get a cover and we'll pretend like you never said you didn't like the looks of this one.
