No, Sorry this does not fit a Pro Gun. I tried it myself. Perhaps they should print some out at that diameter since they are 3D printed.

Is this made to connect directly to a spray foam gun?

No.. It fits on the tube of the can foam but doesnt work well. I put black reducer tube on my gun and short can tube.them nozzle.. Works better

Can you reuse this / let dry and remove material from it when using with closed cell osi quad 16oz spray cans?

I attempted to use this product to spray a wide stream between studs for insulation. It did not work very well. I had no trouble cleaning the nozzle but would not recommend thus nozzle. The insulation kept falling from the wall. Had to use directly from can with a smaller stream to get the foam to stick to the cement wall board.
